Dear User (hereinafter referred to as "User", "You"), welcome to BBG! Before you log in, access, or use the BBG products and services (hereinafter referred to as "Services", "BBG") provided by this platform and its affiliated companies (hereinafter referred to as "We", "Our"), please read the "User Service Terms" (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") carefully, especially those parts that may limit our liability or involve your major rights. If you do not agree to our Terms, you must not use the Services. Your use and/or continued use of the Services constitutes your acceptance of all the Terms of the Services.
You confirm to us that you are an adult and have full legal capacity. If you are a minor or lack full legal capacity, you will not be allowed to register, log in, or use the Services. These Terms include the following terms and conditions, the agreements explicitly included in these Terms, and all rules that we may publish in the future. All these rules are deemed to be an integral part of these Terms and have equal legal effect. Unless otherwise explicitly stated, your use of the Services constitutes your agreement to be bound by these Terms and constitutes a legally binding contract between you and us.
We reserve the right to periodically modify and/or revise these Terms by posting notices and/or other reasonable means. We encourage you to regularly review the revised Terms, which you must comply with when using the Services. Your continued use of our Services constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Any dispute between you and BBG shall be governed by the latest Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Services.
Account
To use the Services, you must create an account approved by us and log in. If you access the Services through a third-party account approved by us, you must ensure the reliability, authenticity, and availability of that account. If you cannot log in to BBG due to issues with your third-party account (such as the account being suspended), please contact the company to which the account belongs. Your account will be the only reference for us to verify your identity.
You should link your account to your mobile phone number (one mobile phone number can only register one account). Please use a mobile phone number that has not been linked to your BBG account and has not been suspended by us to register an account. The method of account registration and linking may change according to user or product needs, and you agree to comply with changes in local laws and regulations. You agree that we will use the mobile phone number you provide and/or the mobile phone number and mobile device identification code that we automatically extract when you register.
As BBG is a location-based mobile entertainment product, you can decide whether to authorize us to disclose and use your location information when you register. If you grant us such permission, we will provide you with more personalized services based on your location. If you do not grant us such permission, you can still use the basic functions and services we provide, but it may affect location-based related services.
When you register, log in, or use BBG, we need to collect personal information that can identify you so that we can contact you if necessary or provide you with a better user experience. You agree to provide true, detailed, and accurate personal information ("Personal Information") with your consent. Personal Information may include, but is not limited to, user name, gender, age, date of birth, ID card, address, occupation and industry, height, weight, income, hobbies, personal information, and other information you register/update. You agree to promptly update any changes to your Personal Information. If the Personal Information you provide is inaccurate, false, or contains illegal/offensive information, we may reject your registration application and terminate your use of the Services.
You agree not to:
(1) Register your BBG account using any false information;
(2) Register your BBG account in the name of another person without relevant permission;
(3) Excessively register your BBG account;
(4) Register and maintain multiple BBG accounts simultaneously.
If you use false information to impersonate another person's registered account, or if your account avatar, personal information, or other information contains illegal/harmful content, we have the right to take measures such as notifying you to make corrections, suspending your account usage for a limited time, etc. For accounts registered in the name of others or maliciously registered, we have the right to cancel them and report them to relevant government departments.
You confirm that you have full civil and legal capacity to agree to these Service Terms according to the laws and policies of various countries and can independently bear responsibility for your use of the services we provide. If you do not have the aforementioned civil and legal capacity, we recommend that you read these Service Terms under the accompaniment of a guardian.
Unless your guardian agrees to your use of the Services and these Service Terms, you must not use the Services. If you are required to bear responsibility according to applicable laws or these Service Terms, we will waive the right to seek compensation from your guardian. The username, nickname, icon, and other account information that you fill in, log in with, or use when using the Services must not violate the provisions of laws and regulations, the national system, national interests, the legitimate rights and interests of citizens, public order, or social morality, and must always provide true information. Providing any illegal or harmful information is prohibited.
You further guarantee that the account information you fill in, log in with, or use must not contain the following content: violating the provisions of the Constitution and other laws and regulations; endangering national security, national secrets, national political power, and/or national unity; damaging national honor, interests, or social and public interests; inciting ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, and undermining ethnic unity; violating national religious policies, promoting cults, and superstitions; spreading rumors, disturbing social order or stability; disseminating obscenity, gambling, violence, murder, terror, or abetting crime; insulting or defaming others or damaging the legitimate rights and interests of others; and other content prohibited by laws and regulations. If the account icon, nickname, or other account information you log in with or use contains illegal or harmful information, we have the right to notify you to make corrections within a limited time, suspend the use of your account, or take other measures against you.
If you log in, use, or fill in your username, nickname, avatar, etc., in the name of any entity or celebrity, we have the right to deactivate the account and report it to relevant government departments. You must properly keep your account and password safe, otherwise, you will bear full responsibility for any damage caused to you, us, or any third party. You agree to bear full responsibility for all activities and events that occur under your account.
You can change your account password at any time. You agree to immediately notify us if you know or suspect that your account is being used illegally or there is an error.
For certain functions or individual services of BBG, such as posting content, publishing comments, and/or searching, you may need to provide additional information beyond creating an account, such as displaying your location or providing real-name authentication.
Service Guide
BBG is a location-based social platform where you can upload, browse, share, search for, and comment on videos. We want to remind you that you are responsible for the legality, accuracy, completeness, authenticity, or quality of your registration information and any messages, files, text, software, music, audio, photos, images, videos, or information that you upload, publish, or store, transmit, or publish in any way through BBG.
You agree not to abuse the Services. You guarantee that you will use the Services in accordance with the provisions of laws, regulations, and these Terms and will not engage in any harmful, illegal, or infringing behavior; otherwise, you will bear all consequences. In addition, you shall bear full responsibility for any losses caused to us or any third party due to the aforementioned violations.
You agree to comply with the laws, regulations, and local moral and cultural customs applicable in your jurisdiction when using the Services, otherwise, you will bear full responsibility for this. In addition, please use the Services appropriately and responsibly. If your behavior causes us to violate laws and regulations or involves political or public events, we have the right to suspend or terminate the Services.
In any case, you agree not to:
Use the Services to conduct any illegal activities;
Use the Services to conduct any activities that are harmful or potentially harmful to minors;
Send spam, junk messages from your account, or assist others in sending spam, junk messages;
Contain any inappropriate text, audio, or video (such as pornographic, violent, vulgar, terrorist, barbaric, and other content that violates laws and regulations, social morality, or national cultural traditions/customs);
Engage in any false or misleading activities (such as attempting to fabricate false reasons or impersonating others to solicit money);
Perform any actions that are harmful to the Services or others (such as publishing or disseminating viruses, tracking, discriminating, publishing hateful speech/abusive comments, advocating violence against others, or abusing animals);
Infringe on the rights of others (such as uploading, storing, or publishing manuscripts, music, photos, or videos of unauthorized third-party intellectual property); infringe on the privacy of others (such as secretly photographing others);
Use the Services in any way that may interfere
